Stockholm Restaurants in the Michelin Guide 2021
Just as my recent post about upcoming art exhibitions was a "first" after a long pause because of the pandemic, this is also a post I usually write every year but has also been delayed for the same reason. While restaurants have been open in Sweden during the pandemic (no mandated country lockdown), they have been subject to tight restrictions during this time regarding opening hours, maximum number of people at a table and more. Thankfully, most of these restrictions have either been lifted or are due to be lifted at the end of September. Here is the list of restaurants in the Stockholm area which are included in the Michelin Guide for Nordic Countries 2021:
3 stars ("exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey")
2 stars ("excellent cooking, worth a detour")
- Oaxen Krog
- Gastrologik
- Aloë (new- second star)
1 star ("a very good restaurant in its category")
Bib Gourmand (no star, but "exceptional good food at moderate prices")
