Off for the weekend! But I thought that I would leave you with some pictures I took this week of a snow covered Stockholm. The city is especially beautiful all covered in white.
The weather is supposed to remain below zero for at least the upcoming week (with more snow expected), so the snow isn't going anywhere soon! If you get too cold walking around the city, do like a Swede and stop by a café, bar or Christmas market and try a glass of
glögg. This is hot, spiced/mulled wine served with almonds and raisins and comes in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties... or, if you are really cold, a strong variety spiked with cognac or other strong spirit.
